Our desire is to heighten collaboration among women leaders and the major organizations they represent to support and accelerate diversity and inclusion for business and community entities in the Middle Tennessee region.

We are an empowered organization of professional women who influence the workplace and the Nashville community through advancing leaders, advancing change and our community.
