What We Do
Advancing Women in Nashville is a membership organization dedicated to supporting women leaders in large employer organizations. Our members are Middle Tennessee's most significant employers, who invest in membership to support the ongoing development of women as leaders in their organizations. We also influence the workplace through advocacy for positive change and supporting community organizations who in turn support women and families.

With our focus on large organizations as members, AWIN occupies a niche role in the advancement of women in business. There is no other organization in our area for women business leaders with the sheer scope and broad-based influence of our membership roster.
