Neurodiversity @ Dell: Lessons from an Inclusive Hiring Program
Dell’s diverse and inclusive workforce is built through traditional, innovative, and targeted recruitment and hiring programs, such as the Neurodiversity @ Dell Program. Join our first Better Together session of the year on Thursday, March 27 from 12 -1 p.m. on Zoom to hear from Danielle Biddick, leader of this program, about Dell’s progress in this area.
Neurodiversity @ Dell provides a neurodivergent-friendly recruitment process, offering support recourses for job seekers, including interview preparation support, mentoring, coaching and professional development resources. This program is designed to accommodate all learning, and communication styles and offers a skill-based interview experience for internships as well as full-time career opportunities.
